Guided by Nico, the QiGong practice supports the body’s natural capacity for regulation, flow, and vitality, while the Heart Coherence Experience offers space to attune attention to the heart as an organizing center for balance and connection. Together, these practices create an environment where participants can settle the nervous system, soften internal noise, and reconnect with a sense of inner coherence.
Offered within the context of a community-centered Gratitude Festival, this experience emphasizes shared presence, simplicity, and meaningful connection — both within oneself and with others. The practice is accessible to all levels and does not require prior experience with QiGong or coherence-based work.
